Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville - MacClenny I-10 by IHG

We were on a road trip and happened to stop in at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites MacClenny, FL. Excellent! Safe. Can't say enough good about it. Great room. Clean. Stylish. Lots of places to plug in and recharge devices. Great bathroom and shower. A very comfortable bed. Quiet too. The complimentary breakfast was the best I can ever recall having at this type of hotel. Fresh made pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. All self serve but well stocked, clean and fresh. Coffee was awesome. Friendly staff. It's not a resort... Just a nice clean, reasonably priced place to stay. Great value.

Driving to Jacksonville my team got too tired in the dark and this hotel was located perfectly for us! The outside of this hotel is super clean and already well maintained. The pet fee was $40 and room was priced well for being so brand new and clean. The shower was perfect, I love the soaps offered, and the bed was so comfy! Staff was kind and helpful. And the breakfast selection was above my expectations! I hope this hotel thrives

Hilton is fine. The breakfast was not delicious. Good options for others. Just not my chosen foods for breakfast. Pool under construction longer then the posted sign at the desk. The location is certainly not in a scenic area. But it's near the main hwy and by a few good fast food joints

The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff are courteous and efficient. They worked with me even though I arrived early, and they let me have a late departure, but I followed their instructions to get it. They have a very nice breakfast, with sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, bananas and oranges, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, pastries, mini muffins, biscuits, juice, water, and coffee. They also have sausage gravy and potatoes but in my opinion they're very Bland. They provide soap & shampoo in bottles on the wall in the bathroom. They also have a pool, a small gym, & a few washers & dryers.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the exit, making it easy to find. Despite arriving at 3 a.m. on New Year’s Day, we were warmly greeted by a friendly staff member. The property offers breakfast, the rooms were spotless, and the beds/pillows were incredibly comfortable. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again in the future! The only negative thing i can say is that they were out of milk and pancake batter while we were there.

My family and I had the privleage of staying at this holiday inn express and it was a great stay. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms were very clean and updated. A full breakfast bar is included within the hours of operations as stated. All in all it was an excellent stay wether your traveling, business or just a quick getaway this Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was very comfortable; the room was clean. An environment ideal for lodging. Kerri and Megan were very professional and helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was outstanding.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. The Dove hair and body products work well although I prefer the small individual bottles of toiletries. Excellent buffet breakfast. The lobby has fresh brewed coffee 24/7 The only thing lacking is only two luggage racks for as many rooms that are available. Very affordable especially withsuch a great free breakfast.
